in my opinion the solution is in the presence of independent training companies and being supported by those who taking care of young people and help them find job opportunities which will be suitable for their personal experience and their background educational , these companies already exist, but I think that if these companies were increased , and in the same time relied on by the large companies in the recruitment of its trainees , that will be Better, of course, with a support to ensure high efficiency in the theoretical and practical training , what mean that the solution of this problem will be in spread the training companies.
