One of the most things that annoy me after the majority of interviews i went, that after they r done with the interview they tell me "I'll will give u a feedback in 2 weeks for example" and no one appear !!!

I asked myself many times why they dont call ??!! But actually i didnt reach an answer !!

In my opinion giving the candidates feedback is very important as it make them know why they r not accepted or even that the vacancy is on hold. Not being accepted in job doesnt mean that u r bad but it means that ur skills and qualifications dont fit this vacancy. And also sending a Thank You Mail wont take time from recruiters as it can be a standard mail and send for everybody with little change.
