Dear Sir I am looking for a source to gain more academic studies in this field. i know it is not much spreaded in Egypt, but still believe that it could have a great impact on an organization, if correctly implemented. are there any serivce providers? i have checked with some of reputable training providers, they dont have it. tahnk you Hebba |

Actually the discipline of Talent Management is new to our practices in the Middle East, for that reason, I recommend NOT to go for any local training provider, however, I suggest you go the hard-way; study it yourself...
