i need your help to design an ideal orientation program for my organization.

Answer : At its most basic \"and efficient\" form, the development of the orientation program is as easy as you develop a checklist of items that need to be considered while you conduct the orientation program.

Most importantly to define two factors:

1-The triggers of orientation, i.e. when I should conduct it and when I should start. For example if you decided to conduct the orientation program at the first day of EACH employee hiring, then you should have a system in place that will let you know that tomorrow, for example, is the first working day of a new employee....etc.

2- Who will conduct the orientation? I suggest we should have a dedicated HR person who will conduct it and then we can involve other line managers to deliver their parts of the orientation program based on the items present on the checklist.
